Food, Wine & Jazz at The St. Regis

The St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort has a new and decadent food festival. The resort has partnered with Barcelona Enterprises, touted for its food festivals, events, and charitable giving, to bring coastal Orange County its first Food, Wine & Jazz Festival Thursday through Sunday, Aug. 27 to 30. The event will showcase 50 chefs and 30 wineries.

Food and wine connoisseurs can indulge their palates at two Grand Tastings Friday and Saturday on the resort’s expansive lawn, with the sea as a backdrop. Additional festivities include a VIP event at Stonehill Tavern with chef Michael Mina, after parties, mornings at the Spa Gaucin, lunch at the beach, and wine-and-cheese pairings in the wine cellar. The weekend culminates Sunday in the Champagne Jazz Brunch on the beautiful Grand lawn.

The St. Regis is a Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond-awarded resort with panoramic views of the Pacific and 400 guest rooms and suites. It is offering two lodging packages for the festival. They include the two-night Uncork and Unwind, including tickets to the Grand Tastings and Jazz Brunch for two; and the three-night Coastal Culinary Connoisseur, which offers an all-inclusive festival experience with VIP Grand Tasting tickets, suite accommodations, tickets to the VIP with Michael Mina, after parties, exclusive wine cellar tastings, and the Spa Gaucin treatments.
