The Lugano Diamonds collection of unique jewelry is usually shown by appointment in Newport Beach (we profiled Moti Ferder, president and design director of Lugano Diamonds, in our February 2012 issue, click here for the article). But a new Lugano Diamonds Salon at Montage Laguna Beach will showcase Ferder’s stunners without an appointment. Cufflinks and signature jewelry made exclusively for Montage will be available alongside his collection pieces.
The Montage designs will be more “ocean-esque,” reflecting the Laguna Beach lifestyle, such as the Blue Sapphire Pearl Flower Ring, left, featuring a 15mm baroque pearl with 2.61 carats of mixed sapphires and 1.06 carats of round brilliant diamonds, set in black gold.
Lugano’s “Something Borrowed” program also allows future brides planning to marry at the resort the opportunity to borrow Ferder’s gems for their wedding day.
The salon is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and is located at 30801 S. Coast Highway in Laguna Beach.
