It’s holiday party time, people, and this is no time to bring anything less than your style A-game. Lucky for you, we have the info on where to get the longest lasting face in O.C. as well as some swell party fashion.
Irvine-based makeup diva (and all around cool glam-girl) Manna Kadar is joining forces with super stylista Sunny ‘n Blue blogger Donna Delfin to hook you all the way up.
The “Pretty in Pink” Beauty and Style event at Kadar’s new showroom will feature sips, sweets and shopping from Delfin’s cool stock of O.C.-girl brands (found on her e-boutique, Serene Sky,) as well as the newest additions to Kadar’s excellent line of lotions, potions, glosses and shadows.
I am a long-time fan of Kadar’s. Her innovative system—”Beauty Simplified”—is based on a philosophy that every beauty tool or accessory should be multi-functional, easy to use and last a long time.
And it does.
I know because I recently had a chance to test three of Kadar’s newest products during a two-day dance training workshop (lets just say I was checking something off my bucket list.)
For two days while I danced and sweated for hours, I wore Kadar’s Jet Set eyeliner ($20) in Cognac, Lip Locked Stain, ($24)

My face stayed put the whole time. My cat-eye remained sharp; my lips pink and my skin looked dewy and smooth. The only way that make-up came off was at the end of the day with a beauty wipe.
What more do you want for your party face than staying power? Especially when everyone books their bash for the same night, amirite?
