We haven’t frequented a food truck roundup lately, mainly because when it comes to most concepts, we’d been there, done that. And “handcrafted” is the new catchphrase for The Cut, which applies it to classic burgers, and Sol Handcrafted Paletas, whose expertise is popsicles.
