Leading sustainable fashion brand Reformation is expanding rapidly, having opened its first Orange County location on Monday, February 6 at South Coast Plaza. This location is the 10th store in California and 37th store globally.
Customers can shop Reformation’s latest collections of signature dresses and tops, winter staples like denim and cashmere sweaters, shoes, outerwear, and more.
Located on the first floor of the Bloomingdale’s wing, the store will showcase Reformation’s one-of-a-kind, tech-driven retail concept, offering a customer-centric shopping experience while remaining environmentally conscious. Store features include touch screens to send clothes directly to your dressing room without having to physically carry them, additional touch screens inside the dressing room for requesting new sizes and styles, and fully customizable lighting in each room.
The design of the store incorporates natural and recyclable materials from sustainable dressing room carpets and vintage furniture to eco-friendly fabrics. The store will also offset 100 percent of its electricity usage with renewable energy.
Customers can recycle their well-worn Reformation goods (shoes, denim, sweaters, activewear, and outerwear) at any Reformation store—including the new South Coast Plaza location—through RefRecycling. In return, customers receive credit for future purchases ($25 for shoes, $20 for outerwear, $15 for denim, $10 for sweaters or activewear).
