The week long event will showcase the work of skilled bartenders through cocktails that are perfectly paired with appetizers and small bites. The Cocktail Week experience is available for only $20.14, which includes food and beverages, at participating restaurants and bars across Orange County. March 2, 2014, 2-3pm: Dave Stolte, author & illustrator of “Home Bar Basics (and Not-So-Basics)” will be giving a demonstration on cocktails for the home bartender and selling autographed copies of his book.

March 4, 2014 at 7pm: Neil Matchko and Mike Lowery will go over infusions, namely their signature Sous Vide technique. Cost is $10 and includes cocktail and some small appetizers.
The Cellar
March 5, 2014 at 8pm: Bartender Rich Ohtsika will demonstrate the proper way to make an Old fashioned, as well as talk about the origins and history of the drink.
