From Burntzilla’s new brunch menu to the grand openings of Tallgrass Drink and Bluetree Cafe, here is our weekly guide to the latest in O.C.’s dining scene.

Specializing in cold-pressed sugarcane drinks, the tea house is celebrating its grand opening this weekend. The first 50 guests will get a free drink, and guests can take advantage of a BOGO special all weekend. 

Bluetree Cafe
Anaheim Hills
The Hawaiian-style coffee shop is offering grand opening specials this Friday. The first 50 guests will receive a free drink and select drinks will be 50 percent off all day.


Burnt Crumbs’ sister restaurant launched a new brunch menu with items including King’s Hawaiian breakfast sliders and brick French toast.

Anaheim First

Morning Lavender
Pre-order a holiday-themed afternoon tea to-go box for weekend pickup. Each box includes four finger sandwiches, a date and walnut scone, clotted cream and preserves, two desserts, and one sachet of Sloane loose leaf tea. $25.

Enjoy a variety of discounts on online orders including 25 percent off orders on Mondays and 50 percent off all enchiladas on Wednesdays.

Khan Saab
Choose from five new takeout family meals ($30 to $70). All meals serve four and include the signature pani puri starter, naan, yellow dal, and varying main dishes.

In honor of Veterans Day, the restaurant will be donating $1 to Special Liberty Project for every paella sold now through Sunday. Guests also have an option to contribute with every purchase.
