5 Questions With Owner Sari Stevenson
I began my personal keto journey a little over three years ago. After living a ketogenic lifestyle for a few months, I realized that it was almost impossible to purchase clean keto bakery items anywhere. I began to bake and share. People wanted to purchase my products so I became a cottage food baker. After 10 months of baking as a cottage food operation, we couldn’t keep up and also had a huge demand for shipping, so we went on and got our commercial license.
