Above: Crispy Duck Wings – Executive chef Jared Cook’s signature creation. After being slow-cooked in duck fat for about four hours, the wings are deep-fried and coated with glaze of Meyer lemon, honey and red chiles. Price: $12.50 at Ironwood in Laguna Hills.
