Head to Farmhouse at Roger’s Gardens this holiday season to enjoy owner-executive chef Rich Mead’s new lunch and dinner fall menu as well as seasonal, inventive cocktails by ‘Chef de Swigs’ Anthony Laborin.
Renowned for delivering a “farm-to-fork” experience, this season’s menu celebrates the flavors of the local, autumnal harvest. Enjoy lunch and dinner menu items such as the grilled pomegranate glazed salmon salad or the roast spaghetti squash and three cheese gratin while taking in the garden views of Farmhouse’s cozy, al fresco dining area. There are also seasonal treats such as the pumpkin cheesecake with pistachio brittle and the farmer’s market fruit tart with fig, apple, and vanilla bean ice cream.
Pair chef Mead’s cuisine with seasonal drinks such as the refreshing Counterfeit Cocktail (non-alcoholic) with clarified lime juice, water, and simple syrup, the Clarified Delicata Squash and Rum Blend with fall spices, and the Milk Washed Angostura Sour.
Every week, 50 percent of proceeds from a featured cocktail will be donated to a local charity.
