A feast for the eyes, AVEO Table + Bar’s lavish brunch will span across the entirety of the restaurant; converting its bar, terrace, and dining rooms into an opulent Thanksgiving buffet featuring 10 over-the-top brunch stations including a “Little Italy” station with made-to-order pastas and risottos, a sushi station brimming with nigiri, and a mobile Bloody Mary cart. Inspired by traditional favorites, the three-course dinner starts with biscuits and pumpkin butter & honey for the table. Next, choose either a Fleming’s salad or creamy lobster bisque. A hearty main course follows, with juicy herb roasted turkey breast; house-made sage and brioche bread stuffing; fresh cranberry sauce; bacon, onion and almond green beans; and Yukon gold mashed potatoes. End on a sweet note with a choice of pumpkin cheesecake with Chantilly cream or carrot cake with dark-rum caramel drizzle.
