Talk about a win-win …
Throughout the month of April, Ross Pangilinan, the talented and delightful chef-owner of downtown Santa Ana’s Mix Mix Kitchen Bar—Orange Coast’s 2017 Restaurant of the Year—is offering diners a celebratory 4-course prix-fixe menu for just $40. It’s a great way to try some of his most popular dishes, many of which are highlighted and pictured in the magazine’s April restaurant issue: Duck and French Toast, Market House-Made Pasta, and Albacore Tostada. Menu below.
Mix Mix is at 300 N. Main St. Dinner is available Tuesday through Saturday, and reservations are encouraged. Call the restaurant at 714-836-5158, or visit eat@mixmixkitchenbar.com
