The Costa Mesa hidden gem that specializes in sustainable and healthy fare is now open until 8 p.m. on weeknights. The extended dinner hours serve as a sneak peek for what’s to be expected at Outpost Kitchen’s second location, which will be be opening this summer near South Coast Plaza.
“Adding dinner service allows us to connect with our guests in a whole new way, while welcoming in a new evening crowd,” said owner Jay Lewis.
Dishes will be available to order online, including the hearty Summertime Bowl with hickory-smoked Scottish salmon, organic pesto quinoa, Asian greens, broccoli, avocado, pickled onions, and a soft-boiled egg. You can also enjoy a rotating menu of family style, take-home dinners, for up to 8 people, with entrees ranging from leg of lamb to chicken rigatoni.
