As part of its recent renovation, Anaheim Marriott launches nFuse Bar & Kitchen, a contemporary space that puts the bar before the kitchen but serves all meals daily: breakfast fare such as grilled-shrimp omelets or granola berry pancakes; share plates including crispy Sriracha shrimp or Laura Chenel goat cheese infused with Anaheim chile jam, above; and main plates, from a cheeseburger with double-thick cheddar cheese and maple-brown-sugar-baked bacon on a brioche bun, to a Prime tenderloin.
Martinis include a pair featuring agave, angostura bitters, and orange elements: the Piñata Manhattan made with Peligroso Tequila Añejo and the Go Stag with Red Stag black-cherry bourbon.
