Chef Greg Stillman of Leatherby’s Cafe Rouge, the fine dining room at the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, now oversees a casual outdoor eatery steps away. Center 360 is the focal point of the new Julianne and George Argyros Plaza at Segerstrom Center for the Arts. The circular design complements the overall architecture of the campus, notably the new fountain at its entrance. Seating at Center 360 is on curvilinear hardwood benches amid rose-hued umbrellas and Drake elm trees. Favorite morning dishes are a Sriracha “melt” with scrambled eggs, and an avocado toast with fava beans. Lunch options include a cheeseburger on toasted brioche or ahi tuna salad with sesame and togarashi. The weekday breakfast-lunch menu has a tightly edited beer-and-wine list, and cocktail availability is coordinated with evening and weekend performances. Included is a French margarita made with tequila and yellow Chartreuse. 600 Town Center Drive, Costa Mesa, 714-556-2122, patinagroup.com
