Fans of Hector Garcia’s Donut Bar in Fountain Valley know to shop early. He usually closes by 1 p.m., after the last tasty treat—from traditional to slightly mad—is sold.

Wackiest doughnut?
We’ve done bubble gum and Sriracha hot-sauce flavors. Believe it or not, the Sriracha was a hot seller.

New flavor alert?
We post menus on our Facebook and Instagram (@ocdonutbar) the day before. Expect to try something new every time you come in.

Our Big Poppa Tart, a commercial Pop-Tart inside our fluffy doughnut, with house-made glaze and strawberry drizzle. It weighs in at one pound!

Your secret?
We bring a five-star experience, from staffing to the food. But we can’t take ourselves too seriously—we’re still a doughnut shop. We just love what we do.
