Burly gourd, Mrs. Stoutfire, The Ol’ Switcheroo—these are just a few of the creatively named craft brews our team got to try for our December issue. Sampling more than 30 beers—hey, someone’s gotta do it—our hoppy experience happily overwhelmed our senses, causing a dizzying, yet eye-opening, intro to the world of craft beer. We’re amazed at the endless ingredients and techniques used by brewmasters all around Orange County, to create some truly original blends.
