What is your favorite comfort dish?

Definitely my homemade lasagna, since it reminds me of my nonna. She used to make it for me when I was little.

What is your favorite dish to cook at home?

Pizza; my son Oliver loves it.

Was it tough to adapt your menu to a takeout model?

This type of food is not something that sits well to-go. What was hard was maintaining the high standard of cuisine I expect to give my customers.

What is your favorite thing about Orange County?

It definitely reminds me a lot of Italy, in the panorama and geography as well as the people. They are very welcoming and kind; that’s very Italian! My wife and I feel it’s the best environment to raise our family, as we appreciate the small-community feel.
