The menu at Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine in Irvine just got more tempting.
The restaurant, which emphasizes local, organic produce and responsibly raised and sourced meat and seafood, has introduced its winter offerings from Executive Chef Porfirio Gomez. Selections span the lunch, dinner. and dessert lineups, with highlights including winter vegetable ragu, Andrei’s French dip, and pear pavlova. Dining here goes to a good cause, with the restaurant donating 100 percent of its net proceeds through the Andrei Foundation.
