With that kind of money, he could hold his own Olympics or turn Irvine into a nuclear world power. Kingston Technology COO and co-founder David Sun of Irvine finishes a distant second with about $5 billion. Sadly, there’s more competition for the title of Orange County’s poorest individual. On any given night about 4,300 homeless people roam our streets, not counting those living in motels or cars, or crashing on friends’ couches.
