Lakeside Makeover: The New Woodbridge Village Center in Irvine

A $30 million renovation at Irvine’s Woodbridge Village Center turned a tired mall into a destination with views of the lake and comfortable seating areas.

“We have a 40-foot patio, a big fire pit, and an awesome view of the lake.
It’s a great place to hang out with a beer or a glass of wine.”
—Matt Meddock, co-owner of Sessions West Coast Deli
