Catal Restaurant and Uva Bar
Dead center in Downtown Disney, Catal is the Patina Group’s nod to Spain’s Mediterranean cuisine. Executive chef Steven Mary puts an urbane spin on rustic fare such as lobster paella, and hand-rolled cavatelli with lamb Bolognese and house-made ricotta, making this one of the zone’s better spots for fine dining. Just outside, Uva Bar is an alfresco saloon with light eats and great people-watching. Full bar.
