Messy burgers, bacon-wrapped meatloaf, and blue crab tots are reliable and supply a soft landing for hard spirits made for sipping, not swigging. The clever revamp of Fullerton’s 1918 Mission Revival-style Pacific Railway Station feels accessible and low-key.
