A longtime airport-area mainstay, Bistango has remained surprisingly contemporary, with creative dishes such as sweet, soulful garlic soup, and American kobe beef and black truffle ravioli. One of the most impressive entrees is a risotto with pancetta-wrapped tiger prawns and white corn. Bistango also is a classy venue for live music, and its rotating art collection adds to the air of urban sophistication.
