Chef-owner Noah Blom’s vision for his roast house cuisine focuses on the allure of wood-oven cooking, onsite butchery, and elegant cocktails. The welcoming, small lair at SoCo touts a 15-seat bar overlooking the open kitchen and hard-working oven. It’s an audacious concept, and winners include a veggie casserole, meatballs, a massive burger, and a gorgeous wedge salad. Pizza was recently added to the mix, too.
