Canyon is currently offering 20 percent off to locals (which appears to mean anyone who knows to ask for it) on Mondays, as well as zero corkage fee on Mondays and Tuesdays. But I’m still in love with Rich Mead’s weekly tasting lunch: three seasonal courses for $15. It’s a killer deal for north county lunching… for those who can’t get to the three-course lunch deal at Charlie Palmer ($20.11) or Marché Moderne ($20 weekdays, $25 Saturday).—Gretchen Kurz
