New sign—same (excellent) vegetables

 

 

I aired, in passing, my objection to the use of “veggies”  in a March ToOC post, Vegetables & Vedanta, on the banner for the organic produce from the Ramakrishna Monastery in Trabuco Canyon.

 

However, I can’t claim the slight revision—to vegetables—on the new, more permanent signs pointing Live Oak Canyon Road drivers to this excellent resource, is related.

 

Something to welcome, certainly, but of course what continues to be most important is the organic fruit & veg. Click here for a map to the monastery.
