With just over four weeks to go before the summer Olympics are here, YNK Bar (which stands for ‘You Never Know’)—created by the Ellis Adams Group inside the Irvine Marriott—is celebrating by kicking off their South American summer menu. Offering a pop-up dining experience that features a new restaurant theme each month, July’s cocktail menu is inspired by the Olympics in Rio.
