Salt Creek Wine Co. – Iron Horse Sparkling Tasting and Sabering Experience
Oct. 5, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
$40 per person – RSVP
Salt Creek Wine Co. in Laguna Niguel is under new ownership as of this year. Under the helm of longtime industry contributor Sean Doherty, the Salt Creek Wine Co. has a new slate of events and modern focus. I suggest stopping in on Sundays for a 50 percent discount on wines by the glass. On Oct. 5, Salt Creek is showcasing the sparkling wines of renowned Iron Horse Vineyards of the Green Valley AVA of Sonoma. Bubbly lovers will taste three Iron Horse sparkling wine pours, then choose a bottle of which they’ll be guided in the art of sabering. Iron Horse will give you a fun and historic background on the development of sabering and unleashing the “drink of the stars.”
