Tequila lovers will be thrilled to know that Huntington Beach’s Solita Tacos & Margaritas celebrates its second anniversary tonight by offering happy-hour pricing all day as they kick off weekly Tequila Thursdays. Today’s inaugural edition features the restaurant’s very own Solita single-barrel reposado tequila from Casa Noble’s distillery, hand selected by partners Rich Howland and Matt Baumayr, and beverage director Colin Pflugradt.
Guests can enjoy happy hour throughout the restaurant with Solita’s signature house margarita, frozen house margarita, and skinny margarita made with fresh citrus juices, agave, and 100 percent blue agave tequilas for $6 each, alongside $4 and $5 food choices including Solita specialty tacos featuring wood-grilled and oak-roasted chicken, and juicy pork carnitas. From 6 to 8 tonight, they’re offering a complimentary tasting of the single-barrel reposado in the bar. The featured tequila is served all night for half the normal price.
In addition, from 6 to 8 p.m., guests can sample a variety of Solita signature items for $2, including Naked Guacamole, Three Taquitos, and Dessert Churros.
