As someone who’s always looking for a fun, new cocktail to try, this week’s post is dedicated to a new establishment in Huntington Beach—SeaSalt Woodfire Grill. The brainchild of owner Alicia Whitney, and the hospitality team behind Huntington Beach’s award-winning SeaLegs Wine Bar, this gem has an extensive cocktail menu that is sure to have something for everyone.
A fun and tasty signature element of their drinks—and dishes—is their incorporation of exotic salts—hence the namesake. The one that stuck out the most to me was the Lavender Paloma—a blend of tequila, lavender, and grapefruit juice that’s topped off with a rim of Himalayan pink salt ($8). Unique, tart and aromatic, this cocktail—and all the others on the menu—should be on your radar for your next night out.
