Any foodie and imbiber in Orange County is familiar with Arc restaurant—run by Chef Noah Blom and wife Marin—and you’ll be thrilled to hear that they’ve opened another restaurant right next door called Restaurant Marin. This modern-day diner offers a sophisticated but casual setting to enjoy mouth-watering eats—and cocktails—including fresh-baked brioche and English muffin sandwiches for breakfast; salads, sandwiches, and butter-poached lobster rolls for lunch; and an impressive meat section on their dinner menu featuring steak frites and classic meatloaf.
“This concept is meant to be fresh, modern, and cozy,” says Marin “Introducing a ‘California diner’ concept was important for us so that we could offer guests a fresh and light alternative to ARC.”
Of course no meal is complete without a creative cocktail to wash it down, and Arc’s renowned bar chef Koire Rogers is leading the beverage program at the new place. Mixers are made fresh and bottled daily, with a rotating menu of homemade sodas and fresh juice blends that change with the seasons and complement the menu.
