Edible Cocktails

Keeping with last week’s theme of seasonally-inspired cocktails, today’s post highlights ARC restaurant’s newly-debuted selection of summer cocktails featuring the season’s freshest fruit, and house-made syrups, bitters and infusions. Designed by bar chef Koire Rogers, each new drink is artfully crafted with locally sourced ingredients that pay homage to summer’s bounty in the best way possible—in a cocktail glass!

Crafted with a chef’s culinary mentality and served in a way that allows imbibers to focus on what matters—the ingredients and the glassware—these cocktails deliver a truly unique experience. Rogers, who was awarded the Best Bartender title at the 2014 Golden Foodie Awards, says it best: “This is the season when berries and stone fruit taste their best, so I let them take center stage in a few of these new “edible” cocktails.”

With names like Electric Relaxation and The Cure, ARC’s new list of drinks has something for everyone, no matter their mood or preference. Check out the entire menu below—as they print it—to find something that strikes your fancy. Cheers!
