“With El Torito Grill, we want to start a Mexican Revolution through food. We’ve crafted a unique and contemporary twist on classic Mexican food through vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients,” says Executive Chef Johannes Bernau.
Items that highlight Chef Bernau’s culinary expertise include the Shrimp and Chorizo Tacos ($9), Filet Mignon Asada Tacos ($12) and Tres Ceviche ($9), which were all meant to be washed down with one of their signature margaritas. Looking for something sweet and spicy? Satisfy two cravings simultaneously with the Pica de Sandia—made with Libre Red Pepper Tequila, watermelon puree, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar ($9).
