Though Valentine’s Day has passed, Arc restaurant is keeping the love going all month long with barman Koire Rogers’ new menu of well-crafted cocktails, including a month-long special that pays homage to good St. V. Featuring the season’s freshest fruit, house-made syrups, bitters, and infusions, each new drink is made with locally sourced, artisanal ingredients such as honey and fresh seasonal fruits, including pomegranate, blood orange, and Meyer lemon. Arc’s seasonal cocktail menu changes between five and six times throughout the year, and its spring cocktail lineup features the following:
BERTHA Tequila, apple brandy, pomegranate, Meyer lemon
GRAPPA SOUR Muscat grappa, blood orange, Cocchi Rosa, honey
SGT Sloe gin, dry gin, red grapefruit, tonic
ENTRY #13 Pineapple rum, Swedish punsch, Aperol, lime
RUNAROUND SUZE Mezcal, Suze, beets, Amaro, Meyer lemon, raspberry gum syrup
Arc’s special Valentine’s cocktail for the month is called Prelude to a Kiss. It includes gin, Espirit de June, Meyer lemon, and sparkling wine.
