Four Perfect Days in O.C.: Second Visit

As part of our Best of 2014 guide, we focused on four perfect days in Orange County. We’ve done the planning for you, whether you’re in the mood for romance, athletic activity, some family time, or if you are showing the out-of-towners a good time. Remember, these are best-of recommendations.

Best Second Visit To O.C,

Noguchi Garden

Stroll through Isamu Noguchi’s California Scenario, a peaceful 1.6-acre sculptural and horticultural representation of the state.

Christ Cathedral

The former Crystal Cathedral, designed by architect Philip Johnson, has more than 10,000 rectangular panes of glass. Free tours 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

If you’re not ready for the open ocean, try Huntington Harbour, which is calmer yet scenic. Just keep an eye peeled for wayward yachts.

Cultural Court Statues, Little Saigon

The 72 statues of priests in different poses are squeezed between a loading dock and a housing tract at the rear of the Asian Village shopping center and across Bolsa Avenue from Asian Garden Mall.

9200 Bolsa Ave., Westminster.
