Orange Coast magazine won two awards recently at the 67th annual Maggie Awards in Los Angeles, a streak of eight consecutive honors.
Orange Coast won for Best Overall Publication Design for our May 2018 Why We Love O.C. issue and Best Editorial Layout for our April 2018 Best Restaurants feature, and was also named a finalist in five categories.
The Maggie Awards celebrate publishing excellence in print and digital magazines.
This year, entrants represented media from across the globe. Approximately 20 percent of award-winners and finalists reside outside the Western United States.
“We’re proud of every issue of Orange Coast we put together, but to get a shout-out from peers always feels good,” Editor-in-Chief Alan Gibbons said. “We are honored to have been recognized eight times in a row.”
