The menu recalls Morton’s or Mastro’s polished to a 2020 sheen. No more drives south for indulgent splurging on Delmonico steak, sparkling oysters, butter-rich sides, and an opening act by the best warm bread basket for miles. Cushy yet current, the surroundings offer elevated booths, a main floor backlit by the open kitchen, a window-backed island bar with open sight lines, and a charcuterie station that casts a spell over every drinker’s appetite. Terrific acoustics permit conversation under a chic, savvy soundtrack. Everyone gets VIP treatment here. Poised servers supply first-rate hospitality, and owner Tony Fasulo and wife Dani set that bar high. You’ll likely meet him as he checks in with every table. High-glamour orders of tomahawk chops, lamb racks, and lobster tails abound, but insiders know the marinated skirt steak is a delectable sleeper. The word is out on the tempting happy hour.
