Last year around this time I released a list of some of the patios, or beer gardens, where I most enjoy having a cold one. This year, our resilient breweries have taken advantage of the relaxed serving limitations to expand outdoor service. In some cases, breweries such as Stereo, The Bruery, Docent, and others that never had a beer garden now have one in the parking lot. Others—such as Brewery X and Bottle Logic—have expanded their existing gardens. Having a beer outdoors can help us reset during these challenging times.
Below is a list of breweries with beer gardens to sip some social distanced suds as of late July. Please be sure to check websites and/or social media for up-to-date hours of operation and any restrictions (pets, 21+ only, food requirements, reservations, etc.) since this is still a fluid situation.
* indicates a new outdoor beer garden during the pandemic, which might not be permanent.
** indicates brewery might have occasional food vendors with outdoor service and/or might not be open during recent mandates, but to-go is available.
*** indicates both.
