Beer Behind the Scenes: Sampling Original Brews in O.C.

A few snaps of our quest for the best beers, listed in our December issue

Burly gourd, Mrs. Stoutfire, The Ol' Switcheroo—these are just a few of the creatively named craft brews our team got to try for our December issue. Sampling more than 30 beers—hey, someone's gotta do it—our hoppy experience happily overwhelmed our senses, causing a dizzying, yet eye-opening, intro to the world of craft beer. We're amazed at the endless ingredients and techniques used by brewmasters all around Orange County, to create some truly original blends. Take a peek at our behind-the-scenes photos, and check out this month's issue to see which breweries reign supreme.
