Beach chairs, picnic baskets, and breezes through the Arts Plaza … we love the Segerstrom Center for the Arts summer screenings! For eight summers, O.C. has enjoyed classics projected onto the giant screen, and tonight marks the first film of this season: “The Little Colonel”, starring Shirley Temple.

Set-up begins at 5:30 p.m. and the movie starts at dusk (approximately 8 p.m.). Bring your own food and drinks, or snag fare from local food trucks Stuff N It Burgers, We Heart Froyo, and A Bite Truck.

The rest of the season’s lineup follows:

July 14: “Spice World”

July 21: “Gigi”

July 28: “Cabaret”

August 4: “Sweet Charity”
