Swanky yet relaxed, this Coast Highway landmark is helmed by veteran executive chef Jon Blackford. A smattering of old reliables—Caesar salad and a terrific house burger—remains on the roster, alongside Blackford's housemade garlic sausage, and Alaskan halibut with creme fraiche, black garlic, and thyme. Pastry chef Tara Bui adds fresh allure to dessert with the likes of Earl Grey custard with medjools, and ethereal lavender cookies.
