OoToro invites you to a special evening where true sushi connoiseurs will get to indulge in the ultimate Omakase experience. Enjoy an incredible 5-star menu made from the highest quality, exclusive and rare ingredients.
Expert sushi chefs with over 40 years of experience will prepare 16 courses, each uniquely crafted with an innovative approach and attention to detail that is as visually stunning as it is delectable to your palate.
Expect a toro-fest with pieces of striped cheek toro, belly toro and seared toro that simply melt in your mouth. Toro tartare is elegantly partnered with generous pieces of uni, and avocado, surrounded by truffle oil and topped with black truffle shavings. More toro will find its way in a spoonful of heaven under seared fois gras, silky black caviar and genuine flecks of gold. Live sweet shrimp make in introduction to oysters served on the half shell and extra memorable with citris yuzu sorbet or ponzu. Other unforgettable elements include braised abalone, langoustine-stuffed prawn, smoky grilled king crab leg, and Japanese sea snail and baby shitakes, elegantly served in a flaming dish with a rich flavorful broth.Topping off the already exquisite culinary compilation are slices of buttery tender kobe beef, complete with certificate of authenticity presented upon request.
